A1:Our product is backed by 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material& workmanship).missing /lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.

A2:Yes, we can give customer some samples for test at the first cooperation wit each other.

A3:We have more than 400 employee in our factory for production line and the factory covers an area of 12000 square meters . And all of our product have passed the test such as SGS,CE,ISO.
